Weightloss time again

Sigh, its weightloss time again. Other mummies gain weight during pregnancy, I'm the opposite. I loss weight.

First pregnancy lost around 15kg but gained back after delivery.
2nd pregnancy lost about only 5kg cause of my constant cravings of M&Ms and Smarties.
Now #3 liao, think the same trend is going to happen looking at things now.

See ah.. I had a very small packet of bee hoon, that I managed to finish cause its seriously a small packet. Lunch I ordered "Za Rou Fan" which I seriously only see "Za Zhu You Fan" hahah. Its supposed to be fried Pork Cutlet with Rice. The Pork Cutlet is damn damn oily loh, looks like fried pork fats.... owww... GROSS!

I ate some of the "pork" then 2 spoonful of rice... Hahah the leftover can pass off as brand new plate of "Za Rou Fan" hahah. Didn't really eat a lot...

That's why I say, its weightloss time again!!!

I'm Pregnant!!! Confirmed already!!! No 3 is on the way!

Hahaha, its confirmed! No 3 is on the way. Its confirmed that I'm 5 weeks pregnant and my EDD should be about 27th July. If I'm not wrong, think that is Jie Yi's Bday. Please dun let it be the same day... kekek

Can U imagine that I'm having the same bday as Uncle Mark (Jie Yi's Father) and my #3 shares the same bday as his wife and daughter? Its just so creepy!

Now, my blog will still name the baby as #3 as its too early to tell if its a boy or a girl. My crazy husband is hoping for a Long Feng Tai, he's nuts, admit it dear.

This explains my losing of appetite, feeling letargic (forgot spelling) and bouts of food cravings... Talking about cravings, felt like eating 7-11's Mr Softie! Unfortunately, its raining now. Can only get my Mr Softie after work tomorrow. Hope can tahan till tomorrow.

Anyway, I've chosen to follow up in Polyclinics(unlike the previous 2 times which I follow up in KK), to save $$. Every visit to KK is $27.50 excluding of tests and scans. But visits to Polyclinis will only cost around $13-$15 every time inclusive of standard urine test. Hahah maybe when I cannot tahan Polyclinics, will get them to refer me to KKH. Now gotto save money since #3 coming along, not to mention tat I still owe my bro $900. Sigh.. when am I going to be able to return him the money.

The good news is that Dear's cousin bro finally signed the letter! The lawyer will be proceeding with the relevant docs and HDB will not take our flat at this point of time. Hopefully letter will be done by the time baby #3 is born so that we can pay for this house via CPF instead of the current $300++ by cash. So by then we can have spare $300++ for baby's expenses. Good news having been coming since we got this baby. Dear hit his sales target this month and got $500 as incentives... Should be able to let us have good celebration for Joshua's bday. I don't want to shortchange him just bcos he's going 2 siblings. I want to make sure that he knows mummy will give him the best she can even though got many mouths to feed.

We really thank God for all that he's given and we believe that he will provide. Amen!

Look who's turning the table around? Ms Stephanie Goh's imagination is eating right into her and she's turning it into a fictional fact. Let me just put it this way, if a 4-D number just striked the 1st prize,and you said that you've intended to bet on the number and wanting to claim the prize from S'pore Pools, do you think that they'll entertain you? This is a simple logic of action speaks louder that words!! Frankly, in a virtual marketplace like this, although sellers don't need to pay a cent to advertise, they're usually the one spending hours of efforts translating their items e.g taking pics, editing pics/words, mending enquires and calls etc....Not to mention prospective buyers or takers playing them out, leaving them stranded with the items after all those work!!!! Anybody with sentiments to share???

Hi claire, You hit right on the nail head regarding the seller's effort!! Had experience with a buyer who also offered to take up all my items for further discounts. I was eager to clear them then, and agreed to discount certain items. In the end, this fellow took part of the items and said he needed to arrange transport to pick up the other big ticket items e.g furnitures, but he never showed up and remains uncontactable!!! Of course, items that he first took were further discounted items. And till now when I think of this harmless looking rat, I'm still burning with anger!!!

Finally after these years, dear dear's cousin bro finally agreed to go see the lawyer. I will arrange for dear to go too so that Lawyer can psycho him to sign the letter immediately!!!

Finally I see "Yi Xian Shu Guang"!

Signing this letter does not have any restrictions and dun need him to pay or anything mah.. Its just to co administer the property. Won't even need a hair off his body mah... dunno why he refuse to sign all this while...

But now its good that finally he agree to see the lawyer, hopefully after explaining what this letter of grant is about, he can sign on the spot.

So that I can have a roof over my head and dun have to spend another 3K to redo the letter.

I really thank God that he never forsakes us, at times I wonder why he put us into this situation but he never will leave us to fend for ourselves. He will test us only to a certain limit.

And one more thing... Dunno if he has already bless us with another kid or not. Waiting patiently till end of this week and we should know the answer by then.

Sorry for the vugarities that will be in this post. I am really pissed to the core. Yesterday's post, I was saying that I will be getting a 2nd hand Digicam and a 2nd hand sofa. Last night, that Bitch called me (Yes she is a Bitch for sure!) to tell me that she has already gave the camera to someone else. She didn't apologise and even got the cheek to ask me if I still want the sofa. I asked her, what if I confirmed the sofa already and you going to tell me the same thing that you gave it to someone else??? She just said yar yar. She didn't even apologise for not honouring her word..! What the fuck is wrong with you?

My Sat and Sunday

Sat I made a big blundder.... The Mouse buyer sms me few days ago to change time to meet on SAT but I mistook his msg as another buyer. Sat morning, hubby brought me to Tekka to have breaky and also to buy duck cause mummy coming over to cook. At 10:22am, I recieved a sms from an unsaved no saying "Hi morning, I've reached". Looking at the msg, I was seriously thinking whom it can be... cause I was not expecting anyone.. So I called back and a guy picked. Conversation as below:

Me: Hi Morning, may I know who is this?
Guy: Hi, I'm the buyer for the mouse.
Me: Oh... where you now? Aren't we suppose to meet at 2pm?
Guy: Erm, but I sms you to change the time already
Me: Oh did you, I didn't recieve leh? Did I reply?
Guy: Yah, you said okie
Me: Oh issit? Oh no... I'm very sorry, can you give me sometime cause I'm outside now. I will go back to take the mouse and go meet you. I should be there by 20mins. I'm so sorry.
Guy : Okie.

So I got my sweet sweet hubby to rush through his Mukta Thosai and his hot coffee and send me home to take the Mouse... Thanks Dear, sorry for the rush.

Sat afternoon went concourse to view the Christmas trees, all quite ex leh although very nice.. Didn't buy anything there. End up went upstairs to see the party stuffs and bought quite a few things. Bought 2 hairbands with ears for the kids... Jo

After sending mum and kids home, me and dad went to NTUC to buy Milk as I promised mum to buy a bottle of milk for her so that she can have warm milk at night. Guess what I found....!
I found a BBQ pit, with wheels at a cheap price... normally the good quality big ones are selling at maybe say $400 each. The one I bought is slightly smaller (around 25" by 15") and maybe not so good quality at $11.90!!! But I think its worth it loh, even if I use for only 5 times and throw away, still worth loh. Yeh... this Christmas, we can have a small BBQ!!!

Sunday as usual went to Tekka for breaky and marketing. After putting the groceries home, we headed for the west of Singapore.

Went IMM to search for my cheap and good christmas tree and present for Marizel's kids. Walked for almost the whole day. Went Diaso, its so big. Everything at $2, so many ppl. I bought I black T-shirt for Rosie, bought brush, soft toy and Christmas Ornaments. Spent lots of money again. Oh, forgot to mentioned that I found a Santarina in Diaso, wanna see?

Then daddy found a Christmas tree sold in Giant so we all went down to Level 1. As usual, my Joshua did not get his nap in the afternoon so was very cranky. Even though there was a lot of ppl at Giant, he never failed to roll on the floor, jump around and etc. Nearly pissed the shit out of me. I bought a Singlet for Joshua, bought a T Shirt for Marizel's Son. Finally saw a Christmas tree... its selling at $39.90 for a 6" tree. Bought more accessories, hahah. Dead broke that I had to borrow money from my bro... Die.... so much debt.

After walking and buying these, went to Clementi to search for cheap and good shoes for Marizel to buy. Went to the K Shoppin which has got so many Kids shoes and kids clothes at cheap prices. Hahah, got ladies ones too. In the end, I too bought a pair of shoes (since mine going to spoil soon) for myself at $6. Cheap right? I admit, I'm a cheapo nowadays.. hahahha. What to do, got 2 kids and a maid to feed. I bought a black spag top for Joy which says 2005 with a bear in the middle. Its so cute...

After the shopping and splurging, we went for a simple dinner and headed home...

In total, think I spent around $150 for everything.... Broke..

But I am having a dilema now... You know for boarding Sugar, Esther pays me $300 a month. She paid $150 to me beginning this month liao and will be paying $300 end of the month and $150 end of next month. The $150 she paid this month already gone liao... I seriously dunnno how I spent the money... but the dilema is whether should I take the $300 she going to pay end of this month to invest in a Digital Camera. Something which I have been thinking for the past few months. Cause if I don't now, then I think this dream can only be fulfiled next yr... Haiz...

What should I do? but if I take the $300 to buy digicam, I abit heart pain leh... cause I can use the $300 to have a very good Christmas Party or buy things for the kids. Hmmmmm.. what do you think?

Raining again... :(

Its raining again.. Think gotto ride in the rain. Just now heard the thunder, scary. Me for one is a scardy cat... thunder too loud, will cover ears one.. hahah. Dun laugh at me k?

Daddy today car broke down after his lunch at 4:30pm. Yes... he has his lunch at 3plus almost everyday. He was at Bukit Merah for lunch then when he went to the Multi Storey car park to pick his car... realised that car cannot be started...

My already broke daddy had to call for the mechanic. Mechanic came and check and say that most probably problem lies with the battery... Then have to change...

But the nice and sweet mechanic helped daddy save money. Normally for the first 200000km/20000km (hhahah dunno which one), replacement of battery is free. But daddy already exceeded that mileage cause of constantly driving us around. The mechanic called his boss to say that the mileage is lesser than that so replaced the battery for daddy for free.. So nice right?

So daddy save around $100+++! Sometimes its nice to have these type of nice ppl around, although it may be a gimmick to let customers stay with them but why not? Customers get to save money right?

YEH!!! Sunday confirm going Daiso... Can go see what they have there. Hope I dun spend too much... *crossing fingers*. So Long, me going home as soon as my Baby call me. Have a good weekend k?

PM - Go deliver a mouse to the buyer at Kallang MRT @ 2Pm.
Late afternoon if possible, go Concourse to see Christmas Trees and do planning on which tree to buy.

Sunday:
AM - Standard place to visit, TEKKA MARKET, for our weekly groceries purchase. By the time we are done, normally already noon.
PM - Bring Marizel (our wonderful + blur helper) to Clementi to buy things for her kids in Philippines for Christmas. Hopefully after that, we still have time to go IMM Daiso. Heard that they have good and a big variety of items going at only $2 each. Planning to go see the Christmas ornaments. Oh Yah... Esther gave us a very very beautiful star to put on our christmas tree... Its a sparkly sparkly one... Thanks Girl..
Was still thinking of putting on the christmas tree or hang it, it looks too nice to put on christmas trees, should hang it on its own in the living room, what do you think?

Rainy Rainy Morning

Woke up this morning and saw that sky was still dark, thought it was still early till I saw the clock. Hey, its already 7:15am and I was still wondering what happened. Looked out of the window and realised "Its Raining!!!" I love rainy days but .... that would mean that we cannot take bike to work and gotto spend money on cab...

Josh wore his slippers to school this morning by accident and he started crying in school bcos of that. Told him that its okie and I will go and bring his sandals down but he just cried and say that he wants to go home with me. Think he is worried that the teachers will scold him or laugh at him... I had to reasure him and Mrs Chew had to forcefully bring him in assuring him that mummy will be down soon and to coax him to have breakfast first. Cause kids have to be in school by 8:20am in order to be in time for breakfast and assembly by 8:35am. .. So I went up and down to bring his sandals to him while he waited in school. Finally he was settled and agreed to have his breakfast and finally I can go to work without worrying about him.

Oh... Shawn bought a pair of sunglasses for me.. its nice.. If I got chance, will post pic of that pair to show u guys... Looks quite good, small lenses, quite cool.. hahha. Last night let Joy and Joshua wear that pair and took photos... Joy looked very good in that.. hahah. When she grows bigger, maybe will let her wear that out.. she seems to enjoy wearing it too..

Okie, gotto go back to work already... will write more maybe in the afternoon.

A very stupid conversation

There is a very stupid ass which made me angry last night then just now he called me, first q is whether I bathed this morning as there is a very heavy rain.

Conversation as below:

Him: Oic, this morning u never bathe ah?
Me: What? Dun be an ass. Am I talking to u yet? call me ask me stupid bo liao Q.
Him: Answer me, you never bathe this morning right? That's why raining heavily.
Me: U were too busy sleeping so u dun know right?
Him: Oic, I bought something for you leh.
Me: Dun bother
Him: I buy liao then u say dun bother
Me: U never ask me before you buy what.

Stupid Conversation right? hahaha.
Thunder's getting louder and louder, I can hear it even in the office. Lucky daddy coming to pick me cause he brought mummy for followup.
Yeh.. Its just like Santa just dropped from heaven.. lol.

What's up with ppl nowadays??? Pissed to the core. Waste my time!

I'm trying to sell a quite new 2nd hand Avent Sterilizer which, RRP is $163.50, at $70. This woman contacted me and want to negotiate the price so I told her $60 if she self collect at Bukit Batok. I can try to arrange Daddy to come pick up the sterilizer and bring to his house. She still got the cheek to tell me that she check with friend, its selling at $120 so she wants to get it lesser than half price $55. I already lowered for her liao but she wants to force me to lower till the price she wants. I am also throwing in 2 lightly used Avent Bottles, 1 brand new bottle brush and sterilization tablets.

What's up with ppl nowadays? Want to bargain, then go market loh... Already a good bargain liao, still like that.

Hi Hi!

Thanks for looking at my blog. I first started blogging in Yr 2004 but that was all the past and I hope to start blogging about happy things... So I start a new Blog loh...

Okie, here goes.
Let's start from my background. I am a married 22+ Yr Old (Birthday on 13th Dec, so still considered 22 right? hahahha) with 2 beautiful kids.

I first met hubby on 18th Oct 1999, know him through his childhood friend... Then somehow in Yr 2001 May, we realized that I was pregnant for a 8 weeks... Hahah. What a great birthday present for him *giggles*

Now, then developed embryo, has grown to a 18kg handsome and clever, soon to be, 4 Yr old.
He was born 2nd Jan 2002 @ 22:12 hrs, 3.045kg, 40wks + 2 days.

In Yr 2004 June, a good news came. I was 4 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child. This time round, we decided that we should get hitched officially and we are more settled to be bound by that paper. So in 2004 19th Oct, we got ROM!

Baby Joy was born on 5th Apr 2005 @ 22:13 hrs, 3.400kg, also 40wks + 2 days!
Did you realize the similarity? Joshua and Joy has an age gap of 3Yrs, 3Mths, 3Days and 1 min!

My life has been a roller coaster since young and my marriage has been shaky but I am still happy and proud to have 2 wonderful kids. They have brought so much joy, not forgetting the anger too, to my life and have made my life so complete.
